In 1999 my parents decided to buy there first dog, I could choose which breed and the first breed that came in my mind was a Golden Retriever. No other breed then the Golden retriever attracted me so much. Romy came as a puppy to live with us, and from the first day I loved her, a real golden in all her ways of acting.

After a while I convinced my parents to take a second Golden Retriever, at the end of 2006 we found the kennel String of Pearls of family Pleit. They had a very beautiful litter at that moment, where we could get our Dog Merlijn out of. When Merlijn came my live changed, I discovered the showing and working world of the Golden Retriever.

Merlijn lived for the first year with my parents, after a short time we realised that Merlijn would fit better in my lifestyle then with my parents, so we decided that he should live with us. In the beginning of 2008 our Swedish boy came into our live, Olivier. At the moment we saw him he stole our hart.

After Olivier we decided to start our kennel, the kennel we named Feli Fey. We called it after a flower, The Golden Feli Fey. This is still an un known kind in the flower world, also it is very hard to get. We found this a very nice philosophy. Beautiful dogs, with passion grown and not everywhere available. With this thought we started our unique Golden Retriever kennel with beautiful Goldens.

In the spring of 2010 we welcomed our first bitch Faylinn. Faylinn is also bred by the kennel String of Pearls. By coincidence and difficult circumstances she came to live with us. After a lot of health tests she is now ready to get her first puppies, we expect that she will be mated to Olivier in the last part of 2011.

In 2011 we welcomed two new ladies, Lailah and Gisele. Two lovely girls of the sisters of our Merlijn. Hopefully they will be the start of our own lines and have a beautiful future with them.
